Life is a candle,

A flickering light,

Silently breathing a sigh,

Guiding the way through

The dark stormy night,

Watching the world strolling by.

 

You are the angel

Sent straight from heaven

To shield my light from the wind,

Sharing the burdens

In good times and bad,

Loving and being a friend.

 

Never a question to stay or to go,

You’re always there by my side.

When lost in a labyrinth I always know

You’ll know the way,
